We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 64, Mary Margaret Poznanski (Elk Grove Village, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Poznanzski and Marion Poznanzski; and her brothers, Michael and Anthony. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ellen, Mary Kathleen (Schoonover), Robert (Donna), James and John. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago in memory of Mary Margaret.
