She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey (Sheri) and Kenneth (Sandy); her grandchildren, Megan Kappas (Jim), Steve (Jordan) and Lauren Simonelli (Frankie); and her siblings, Jerry Poplawski (Jackie) and Nancy Large (Chuck).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove Memorial Chapel (1199 S Arlington Heights Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church (254 Wood Dale Rd, Wood Dale, IL 60191).
