He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kazmierczak Sr. and Helen Kazmierczak; and his brother William Kazmierczak. He is survived by: his nephews, Anthony Kazmierczak and Christopher Kazmierczak; his niece Patricia Kazmierczak Dominguez (Miguel); and his great-nephews, Miguel and Max Dominguez.
