He was predeceased by: his son Michael; his grandchild Eden; his parents, George and Virginia; and his siblings, Mary, Steven (Helen) and Theodore.
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Gregory, Teresa (Lamont), Steven (Anya) and Donna O'Brien; and his grandchildren, Emily, Gabriel, Michael Frazier, Nathaniel and Daniel O'Brien.
