He was predeceased by: his parents, James Groh and Lorraine Groh (Latalla); and his siblings, Betty Krueger and Richard Groh. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Jeff Groh (Mary); his grandchildren, Zoey Gough (Adam), Michayla Groh, Teagan Groh, Ethan Groh and Sydney Groh; and his sister Barb Minadeo (Paul). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grove Memorial Chapel (1199 S Arlington Heights Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 9:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament St. Julian Eymard Church (601 Biesterfield Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007). A burial was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery (1185 W Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
