We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Arlene Marie Fagen of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Mazzie and Mary Mazzie (Zambreno); her husband David Fagen Sr.; her granddaughter Dorothy Lemon; and her brother Thomas Mazzie.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Zabransky (Alan), Alice Lemon (Wayne), David Fagen Jr. (Sindy), Stephen Fagen (Jill) and Peter Fagen (Cindy); her grandchildren, Nicholas Fagen, Kyle Lemon, Mary Zabransky, Aurora Starita and Shaungh Wolf; and her great grandchildren, Oliver, Luci and Rosie Starita.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wood Dale Historical Society for Yesterday's Farm Museum or to Holy Ghost Church.
