She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" W. Gallagher; her parents, Rose Faso and Joseph M. Faso; and her sister Sandra Jeanne Raimondi. She is survived by: her children, Deb Gallagher (Tim Connelly), Donna Kohler and Joseph Gallagher (Julie); her grandchildren, Nicholas Kohler, John Kohler, Christian Kohler, Daniel Gallagher and John "Jack" Gallagher; and her brother Charles Faso (Rosalie).
