He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Oxford; his parents, Herman Oxford and Velma Oxford; his siblings, Freda Rose, Gertrude Pickering and James Troy Oxford; and his granddaughter Ashley Oxford.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Oxford (Kelly) of Elizabethtown, IL; his grandchildren, Blake Oxford and Natasha Williams (Brennon) of Elizabethtown, IL; his great grandchildren, Brevin, Blaize, Camri Oxford, Thomas, Bentley and Nicholas Williams; and his siblings, Barbara Shumay (Richard) and Donnie Oxford (Donna).
