She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Spivey and Mary Spivey; and her brothers, Argus Spivey and Josh Spivey. She is survived by: her husband Roy Pennell; and her children, Tonya Conn (Keith) of Elizabethtown, IL, Barry Pennell (Teresa) of Elizabethtown, IL, Barney Pennell of Hueytown and Ernie Pennell of Cave-In. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Keeling Hill Church. A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Empire Cemetery.
