He was predeceased by: his father Floyd T. Winters; his grandson Ryne Reed; his brothers-in-law, Bob Daniels and Jerry Haney; and his nephew Michael Dean Ferrell.
He is survived by: his mother Hazel Winters of Rock Creek; his wife Brenda Sue Cook; his family Roger; his daughters, Kristin (Jason McDonald), Stephanie Mosby and Amanda (Matt Hall); his grandchildren, Kylie Mosby, Connor McDonald, Taylor, Kevin Gibbs and Cooper Hall; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Cole Reed and Kenlee Hall; and his sisters, Jean (Joel Potts), Deanie (Mike Ferrell), Mona Daniels, Hester (Gary Suits) and Kathy Haney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adams Cemetery (c/o Banterra Bank) in memory of Roger.
