He is survived by: his parent Mamie McGrew Blair; his children, Debbie Blair Brizendine of Bowling Green and Shane Blair (Bowling Green); his grandchild BreAnna Thomas; his great grandchild Beaux Maverick Thomas of Jasper; and his siblings, William Leroy Blair, Elizabeth Fay Elmore and Bobby Eugene Blair.
