He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. S. E. Oxford and Edna Oxford; and his brother Lowell Oxford. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Gross Oxford of Elizabethtown, IL; his daughters, Christy Stunson (Jeff) of Elizabethtown, IL and Dixie Oxford of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Kasi Stunson and Mackenzie Lowery (Jim); and his great grandchildren, Scout and Knox Lowery.
