He is survived by: his significant other Rosie Buchanan of Elizabethtown, IL; his children, Denise Gartin (Monty) of Waddell, AZ and Steve Dowdy (Roberto Landazury) of Houston, TX; his brother Roger Dowdy (Vernette) of Cottonwood, TN; his grandchildren, Ian Gartin (Amy) of Bethel, MN and Emily Gartin (Connor) of Blaine, MN; his great grandchildren, Jim, Jason and Heather; and also, Madi, Ethan and Cody.
