She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Russell and Margaret Jessie Kimberley Jones; and her sister Rosemary Elaine English. She is survived by: her husband James L. Wallbaum; her children, Todd Wallbaum (Tanya) of Ashland, Lisa Butler (John) of Ashland and Travis Wallbaum (Emily) of Ashland; and her grandchildren, Natane, Sydney and Bailey. She is also survived by one great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
