He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Van Dusen and Sophia Sudeikis; and his brother Richard Van Dusen. He is survived by: his wife Judy Van Dusen; his children, Erik Van Dusen (Melanie) and Rebecca Van Dusen (Leigh); his siblings, Clare Nobbs (Christopher) and Ron Van Dusen (Sue); and his grandson Harrison Van Dusen.
