She is survived by: her children, William Phillips (Vanessa), Amber Phillips (Nick Young) and Dyllon Miller; her grandchildren, Jeremiah, Micah, Josiah and Evelyn; her sisters, Frances Groves (Earl Clement) and Sarah O'Hara (Daniel); and also Charles Nave.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the The Haight (166 Symphony Way, Elgin, IL 60120).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Superhero Center in Loves Park in Vickie's honor.
