He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Rizza and Maureen Rizza (McCaftery). He is survived by: his sons, Bryan (Megan), Brandon and Grant (Ashley); his grandchildren, Emma, Hanna, Payton and Colt; and his siblings, Jerry, Diane, Karen and Linda.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Randall Oaks Golf Club (4101 Binnie Rd, West Dundee, IL 60118).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Tom's name may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
