She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schultz and Agnes Schultz (Dizilkon); her husband Thaddeus A. Ciochon; her son-in-law Mike Mizer; her son Thaddeus; and her brothers, Joe, Wally and Jerry.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Mizer, Louise Ciochon (Anne DeFier), Jeanine Austin (David), Cathrine Adams, Paul Ciochon (Karen), Teresa Ciochon and Veronica Wilson; and her sisters-in-law, Helen and Evyelynn Schultz. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
