Hicks (Elgin, Illinois), born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Hicks and Billie Hicks (Shumate); his wife Debra L. Hicks; his children, Stacey McManaway, Donald Hicks, Sharon McMahon and Richard McMahon; his grandchildren, Noah, Giada, Elio and Steven; and his sister Candie LaBrose (Thomas). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
