He is survived by: his father James Hallmark; his wife Patricia (Murrell) of Elgin; his daughter Jeannette Colón (Robert); his grandsons, Jacob and Joshua; his son Jonathan Hallmark (Jacqueline); and his brothers, Larry (Joan), Bill (Joanne) and Ronald (Betty). He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
