She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Czajkowski and Arlene Czajkowski; her sisters, Melissa Perkinson, Suzanne Czajkowski and Allison; and her aunt Elaine Syrek.

She is survived by: her husband William Schimbke; her son Matthew; and her brother Ross Czajkowski (Darcy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
