She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Emanuel and Susanna Mary Butt (Hamsmith); her husband Edward Uszcienski; her son Stanley; her siblings, Charles (Arlene Butt), Robert (Margaret Butt), Henry, Charlotte Butts, John (Emma Butts), Anne (Joseph Faber), James (Mary Butt), Arthur, Rita Butts, Martha (John Kirchmann), Isabelle Butt and Mary (Walter Olinsky); and her former husband Edward Gudek.
She is survived by: her children, Paul (Kathy) of Watsonville, Elaine of Elgin, Nancy of Elgin and Steven of Elgin, Ill.; her grandsons, Raymond, Joshua, Steven Mitchell, Joseph, Jacob and Mark; her great grandchild Jane Juliette; her stepgrandchildren, Damiaen (Ginger), Gabrielle and Nick; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Noah, Tiago, Luca and Kiara. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
