With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Russell F. Stuart (Elgin, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Stuart and Myrtle Stuart (Cook); and his siblings, Bonnie, Robert and Margaret Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his son Russell (Lucy); his grandson Jeremy; his great grandchild Emily; his daughter Kathie Parsons (Rich); his granddaughter Amy Wells (Ron); his great grandchildren, Riley and Ava; his grandson Cory Fasetti (Tasha); his great grandchildren, Jayden, Chloe, Harlei and Madden; his son Kurt (Ruth); his granddaughter Rachel Coleman (Chad); his great grandchildren, Jacob, Savannah and Nate; his granddaughters, Sarah Stuart and Rebecca Seidling Stuart (Danny); his great grandchildren, Vincent (Vin) and Dawson; and his son Randy Stuart.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Laird Funeral Home (310 S State St, Elgin, IL 60123). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
