He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Wallace and Lela Wallace (Hart); his brothers, Claude, Everett and Paul; his nieces, Marleen Hibbs and Connie Jones; and his nephew Larry Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Puffer and Rick Wallace; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Kniesel, Brenda Greifenkamp and Kurtis Cheney (Nicole). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
