He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine LeBlanc (Jason) of Hampshire and Cheryl Hover (Todd) of Oak Park; his grandchildren, Samantha, Quinn, Allison and Andrew; and his siblings, Jan Barkby (Tom) of Mequon, John Barkby (Jan) of Green Bay and Dennis Barkby of White Pigeon, Michigan..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to PADS of Elgin.
