He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil T Johnson and Gladys I Ratz; and his wife Joyce Amy Dick. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Bond (Jeff), Mary Kasper (Bob), Carol Rybarski (Joe), Patricia Crowley (John), Susan Johnson (Walid) and Catherine Morrissey (Bill); and his brother Herbert Johnson (Elaine). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
