She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Chapin (Sheli), Julie Cerasa (Mark) and Jill Eads (Nathan); her grandchildren, Julia Jacobson (Marc), Jamie Chapin, Brandon Cerasa (Rachel), Brody Eads, Bridget Eads, Lauren Nubel (Daniel), Kristen Busch (Michael) and Kimberley Bowers; and her great grandchildren, Maclaine Jacobson, Jamie, Ari Nubel, Scarlett and Samantha Busch.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Elgin.
