It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Muriel Dickerson (Elgin, Illinois), born in Melrose, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Davenport and Mae Paul Davenport; her husband Joe; her sister Dorothy Mae Jegottka (Werner); and her daughter-in-law Genie.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian (late Genie), Eric (Kathy), Mark (Debbie) and David (Marie); her grandchildren, Andrea (Kevin Holst), Michelle, Stephanie, Melanie (Shaun Mooney) and Michael (Bri); and her great grandchildren, Enan, Elijah, Cailin and Baby Boy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to First Baptist Church – Missions Fund.
