She is survived by: her children, James Couch II (Ana) of Cortland, IL, Melissa Long (Robert) of Milton, GA, Philip Couch (Tiffany) of Syracuse, UT and Tresa Couch of Elgin, IL; her granddaughter Alba Leon of DeKalb, IL; and her children, Krystal Mendez (Jorge) of DeKalb, IL and Andrew Couch (Gabriela) of Colorado Springs.
