He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Ross and Margaret Ross (Neubauer); and his brother Edwin Ross. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ross (Kinniburgh); his daughter Janet Ross; his grandson Alex Spilotro; his great grandchild Noah Spilotro; his siblings, Joyce Jarnick and Scott Ross; and his brother-in-law Alan Kinniburgh. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Fox River Trolley Museum Laird Funeral Home, Elgin is assisting the family.
