We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2024, at the age of 93, Leonore B. Wahl-Weidner of Elgin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Ziekert and Hilda Ziekert; her husband Leonard F. Wahl; her former husband Edward J. Weidner; and her brothers, Kenneth and Wilfred Ziekert.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Liberg (Paul) of Elburn and Roger Wahl (Susan); her grandchildren, Kyle, Nathan, Mark Liberg, Matthew and Bethany Wahl; her sisters, Beverly Slawin and Nancy Follmann (Keith); and her stepdaughters, Mary Kae Hoffmann (Gerald), Marcia Kovac (James) and Carol Boytor (Samuel). She is also survived by step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church or the charity of choice.
