He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Siewierski and Martha Siewierski; and his daughter Lisa Siewierski Woodman. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his son Phillip Siewierski (Katy); his grandson Matthew Siewierski; his siblings, Mitchell Siewierski (Hedy) and Dolores Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Martin (Laura), Nancy Flory (Mike) and Janice Martin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
