She is survived by: her sons, David Lodge (Lori), Michael Lodge (Natalee) and Jean Collingbourne (Peter); her grandchildren, Marie Pesek (Ben), Courtney Ashton (Justin), Kelsey Lodge, Crystal Smith (Jordan), Marissa Lodge, Austin Lodge (Jen), Mark Collingbourne and Cynthia Collingbourne; her great grandchildren, Haley Veurink, Joseph Collingbourne, Hudson Pesek, Logan Pesek, Caelin Ashton, Savannah Smith, Wyatt Smith and Charlie Lodge; and her brother Gerald Chouinard (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
