She was predeceased by: her parent Ola Sportsman; her husband William "Bob" Wade; her mother Grace Sportsman-Shelton; her siblings, Gladys Katzensky (Donald), Ellen Sportsman, Alvin Sportsman and James Sportsman; her son Robert Wade; and her grandson Ronnie Rieckhoff II.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Turski (Stan), Bonnie Potter and Holly Rieckhoff (Ron); and her grandchildren, Terry, Rachael, Deanna, Wendy, Kate, Hillary, John and Jennifer. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Symonds-Madison Funeral Home (305 Park St, Elgin, IL 60120). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (330 Griswold St, Elgin, IL 60123).
