He was predeceased by: his father Thomas J. Knoll. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Knoll (Swaback); his wife Heather Knoll (Delaby); his son Thorin Jeffry Knoll; and his siblings, Timothy Knoll (Jody), Kimberly Kuk (Phil) and Jennifer Dodson (Tommy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Jeff's family to be used for his son's education.
