He was predeceased by: his father John O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his stepchildren, Katie Klages, Tim Klages and Megan Speare (Scott); his grandson Samuel James; his mother Toni O'Brien; and his siblings, Gary O'Brien, Tim O'Brien (Jean Ann), Sharon Chow (David) and Jennifer Rondinella (Tony). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
