Gordon Albright Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Albright of Elgin, Illinois, who passed away on October 25, 2023 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gordon Albright to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Albright and Marion Albright; his stepmother Irene Conrad; and his stepsister Donna Fruendt. He is survived by: his wife Carol Fringer; his children, Cynthia Albright (Charlie Lang) of Elgin, Jodie Steele (Mike) of South Elgin, Thomas of Elgin and Steven (Karrie) of Tampa, FL; his sister Eileen Leschke (Don) of Elgin; his grandchildren, Alex, Ian, Annalise, Jenna (Maddox), Colton, Crystal (Kevin) and Clayton (Sara); and his great grandchildren, Tyson and Joey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cornerstone Church in Elgin, the Elgin Senior Center, where Gordon was an active member and bingo caller, or to his widow's favorite charity, the Ho-Chunk Casino in Baraboo, WI.
