He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ernest and Ruth Julia Carlson (Berg). He is survived by: his children, John Carlson and Paula Collins; his grandchildren, Avery, Carla, Linae and Alexander; and his brothers, Richard Carlson of Neenah, WI and John David Carlson (Karen) of Vernon Hills, IL. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
