He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Lucio Sr. and Josefina Lucio (Rincon); his wife Carmen Lucio (Galvan); his brother Elias; his sister-in-law Felipa Lucio; his sisters, Guadalupe (Anselmo Sanchez) and Irene (Francisco Abitua); and his brother-in-law Pablo Uvalde.
He is survived by: his children, Felipe Lucio III (Louisa), Amanda Gutierrez (Felipe), Migdalia Lucio and David Lucio (Corinna); his grandsons, Andrew Lucio and Robert (Kayla); and his siblings, Jesus Lucio (Juanita), Juan Lucio (Guadalupe) and Francisca Uvalde.
