She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Edward and Stella Sophie Tepper; and her brother Thomas "Tom" Walter Tepper (Beth). She is survived by: her husband Gordon Allen Mowers; her children, Scott Allan (Jill), Todd Allen (Kellie) and Michelle Marie Mowers; her grandchildren, Michaela Collins (Charles), Piper Mowers, Steven Mowers (Megan) and Stephanie Mowers; her great grandchildren, Ayden, Addalyn, Trace, Kacen and Annabelle Collins; and her brother Edward Joseph Tepper (Kim). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to https://www.gofundme.com to help support treatments for Betty's autistic great grandchildren would be appreciated.
