She is survived by: her husband Daniel Martinak; her daughters, Kristin Martinak Cooke (Robert) and Heather Martinak McConnaughay (Scott); her siblings, William T. Lynch, Jeffrey Lynch and Karen Lynch Mondrall; her grandchildren, Alex McConnaughay Hogan, Austin McConnaughay, Madelyn McConnaughay, Jensen Muntz and Jordan Muntz; and her great grandchildren, Tanner Hogan and Reese Hogan.
