He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Adams and Alice Adams (Lenard); his son Larry Adams; his siblings, Lenard Adams and Barbara Uphoff; and his grandson Russell John Denton.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bollnow; his daughter Lynn Denton (Dave); his grandson Ryan Denton (Mariah); and his great grandchild Jonathan Denton (J. R.). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
