He was predeceased by: his parents, Molly Dorn and John Dorn. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Dorn (Lori) and Susan Dorn (Gillerlain); his wife Nancy; his grandchildren, Alison Dorn, Brian Dorn, Jack Gillerlain and Sarah Gillerlain; his brother Robert Dorn (late Jean); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Albrecht and Roland Albrecht.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. John Lutheran Church.
