She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Tiberi; her parents, Celia Kowalski and Henry Kowalski; and her siblings, Henry Kowalski (Connie Kowalski), Leroy Kowalski (Gloria Kowalski), Geraldine Barkus (George Barkus), Carol Harper (Howard Harper), Christine Mattera (Jerry Mattera) and Lorraine Borta (Richard Borta Sr).
She is survived by: her children, David Kowalski (Kay Kowalski), Barbara Consolo (Vince Consolo), Milissa "Mary Ann" Ferrell (Don Ferrell) and Beverly Tiberi; her brother Bob Kowalski (Betty Kowalski); her grandchildren, Kayla Kempe (Kyle Kempe), Amanda Ramonez, Jacob David Kowalski (Cynthia Kowalski), Jamie Kowalski, Thaddeus Scott (Heidi Scott), Jared Griffin, Zachary Griffin and Tehya Knight; and her great grandchildren, Lyla Kempe, Jacob David, Myleigh Lynn, Jamison Lee, Gunnar David, Gary Dean Ward III, Kaia Paben, Kevvis Sherrill, Shaun Bufford, Genie Scott-Griffin, Blakelee McKenzie, Zahla Johstone, Noah Knight-Ballinger and Alayna Sanchez.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to American Cancer Society in Charlene Tiberi's name.
