She was predeceased by: her parents, Elena Ballines and Maurilio Ballines; and her brothers, Jose Luis Ballines and Jose A. Ballines. She is survived by: her husband Ruben S. Alfaro; her children, Ruben Alfaro Jr., Josefina Chavez (Juan), Michael Alfaro, Alejandro Alfaro (Karla) and Magdelene Alfaro; and her grandchildren, Sophia, Nicholas, Josephine Chavez, Sofia Jimenez, Alexander, Axel, Liliana and Maximus Alfaro. She is also survived by her four brothers and six sisters.
