She was predeceased by: her husband John Wesley Jarvis; her parents, Edith Homfeldt and Leslie "Les" Homfeldt; and her brother Lawrence "Larry" Homfeldt. She is survived by: her children, Edith (Leslie "Les" Homfeldt), Michael Jarvis and Amy Manikowski (David); her grandchildren, Nicole Manikowski, Delanie Kordah, Austin Jarvis (Nicole), Alexis Jarvis, Jake Jarvis, Emma Manikowski and Anna Manikowski; and her sister Janet Choitz (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and faithful friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Elgin.
