We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2023, Betty-Jane Festen of Elgin, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jack I. Festen; her children, Barbara 'Babs Heinz, Paul Festen, Jack Festen (Kathy), Daniel Festen and Betsy Little (Kevin); her grandchildren, Chris, Jeff, Brandi, Dustin, Ali and Kiley; her great grandchildren, Camden, Rylen, Remy and Zoey; her parents, John and Lena Adams; her brothers, John, Bill and Bob; and her child Babs. She was also cherished by many nieces & nephews.
