She was predeceased by: her parents, Nell Bly Payne and Edward Wayman Payne. She is survived by: her spouse Lee S. Bollow; her grandsons, Christopher Bollow, Joseph Madda and Thomas Bollow; and her great grandchildren, Rebekah Bollow, Mae Madda and Hayden Bollow. She is also survived by her three children and their spouses.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Barbara's honor to: Vitas Hospice, 580 Waters Edge, Lombard, IL 60148.
