She is survived by: her husband Thomas McNamara; her daughter Jessica Petty (Jade); her father David Smith (Rita); and her siblings, Brenda Schneeberger (Jeff), Robert Smith (Stacy) and Connie McGhee (Dave). She is also survived by 2 grandsons, 13 nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews, many aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in her name be made to Rock River Leisure Estates Activities (Memo: Cancer Fund) or Forever Home Dog Rescue.
