She is survived by: her children, Terese Zeal (Charles) of Roscoe, Kay Hackl (William) of Hoffman Estates, Michael (Mary Jo) of Elmhurst, Steven (Linda) of Hinsdale, Karyn Teolis (Mark) of Noblesville, IN, Susan Jensen (Thomas) of Crystal Lake and Kevin (Lisa) of South Elgin; her grandchildren, Andrew Zeal (Wei), Gregory Hackl (Natalie), Allison Zeal, Elisabeth Breckley (Brian), Aaron Mikottis (Rachel), Roma Jensen, Tom Jensen, Lucy Jensen, Collin Mikottis, Noah Mikottis, Kayla Mikottis and John Teolis; her great grandchildren, Will and Grant; and her sister Rosemary Leichtnam.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
